I am on-the-job Ph. D student in the Institute of Human Resource Management, National Sun Yat-sen University (NSYSU), Taiwan. Also, I have worked at NSYSU as an officer for more than seven years. I'm interested in the research on the office environment, moods at work, creativity, voice behaviors, gossip behaviors, leaders’ unethical pro-organizational behavior, and leader humility.
